Description
Washington County is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive geotechnical and materials testing services in support of its capital project construction and maintenance programs. The work will involve laboratory testing, field sampling, analysis, and reporting for soil, concrete, aggregate, and other construction materials to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and regulatory standards.
• Service scope includes all testing activities required for county capital projects (soil investigation, concrete strength, material durability, etc.).
• Proposals must be submitted by 2 pm on October 14 2026 via the county’s electronic procurement portal.
