Schnepf Road Waterline Construction Phases 2A and 3B

The Town of Queen Creek is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a 16-inch C909 PVC waterline and dual 3-inch Schedule 90 PVC conduits in a joint trench. The work is located within the San Tan Valley area of Pinal County and includes two distinct project segments: Phase 2A (Project WA265) and Phase 3B (Project WA264). The project includes the installation of approximately 11,000 linear feet of 16” C909 PVC waterline and 22,000 linear feet of two 3-inch Schedule 90 PVC conduits. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work. The project is funded in part by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the selected contractor must comply with all applicable federal requirements related to ARPA funding. • The project includes two distinct phases: Phase 2A and Phase 3B. • The contractor shall install a 16-inch C909 PVC waterline and dual 3-inch Schedule 90 PVC conduits in a joint trench. • The project includes the installation of approximately 11,000 linear feet of 16” C909 PVC waterline and 22,000 linear feet of two 3-inch Schedule 90 PVC conduits. • The contractor shall perform open-cut and trenchless (bore) installation methods, including all necessary fittings, connections, and restoration. • The contractor shall maintain continuous water service during construction. • The contractor shall construct and tie in the water main into the Town’s water system. • The contractor shall return the County’s infrastructure to original or better condition damaged by construction activities.
