B Department Operations Support

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide technical and support services for the B Department. The services will include information technology, program financial management, technical writing and editing, operations support, configuration management, program analysis, facilities operations, property management, procurement support, and electronics technician support. The contractor will provide these services at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) and other locations as required. The contract will be for a base period of 5 years, with options for additional services. The contractor will be required to provide personnel with the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the tasks outlined in the statement of work. • The contractor will be required to provide technical support services in the areas of information technology, program financial management, technical writing and editing, operations support, configuration management, program analysis, facilities operations, property management, procurement support, and electronics technician support. • The contractor will be required to provide personnel with the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the tasks outlined in the statement of work. • The contractor will be required to provide services at NSWCDD and other locations as required. • The contract will be for a base period of 5 years, with options for additional services. • The contractor will be required to provide a program manager, senior financial analyst, senior program analyst, senior systems administrator, facilities operations specialist, operations support specialist, configuration management specialist, financial analyst, property technician, procurement specialist, program analyst, systems administrator, technical writer I, technical writer II, and electronics technician.
