On Call Pavement and Concrete Walkway Repairs

The City of Pasadena is seeking a vendor to repair sections of concrete walkways as needed throughout City of Pasadena Parks. The vendor will be required to provide pricing per square foot for on-call concrete pavement repair services. The contract will be for a period of three years with two additional one-year options. The vendor must possess a C-8 license and provide proof of insurance. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any irregularity in any of the bids. • The vendor must provide pricing for all line items to be considered responsive. • The vendor must comply with the City's equal employment opportunity and non-collusion policies. • The vendor must register with the Department of Industrial Relations and meet DIR requirements before bidding on public works contracts in California. • The vendor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. • The vendor must comply with the City's prevailing wage requirements and pay no less than the highest wage rate.
