Description
The Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the renovation of the Elmer Knopf Learning Center. The project involves a single lump sum proposal for the complete work in each bid category. Bidders are required to submit an original and two copies of their bid, accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the School Board. The bid must also be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a satisfactory Surety Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid price as guaranty.
