Description
The City of Avon Park is seeking a contractor to provide design-build services for the remodeling of one existing bathroom within the Fire Station into two fully functional bathrooms designed for firefighter use. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, and supervision necessary to complete the project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. (EST) at the Fire Station. Key aspects of the project include:
• Remodeling one existing bathroom into two fully functional bathrooms
• Designing the bathrooms for firefighter use
• Providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, and supervision necessary to complete the project
