Denver Union Station (DUS) Plaza and Pavilions Landscape Improvements Phase 2

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide landscape and irrigation improvements for the Plaza and Pavilions at Denver Union Station (DUS). The project includes completing the landscape design at the Wewatta and Chestnut Pavilions, repairing and replacing failed landscape and irrigation at the DUS Light Rail Platform Plaza, and providing a sustainable planting design and seasonally attractive entrance to DUS. The contractor will be responsible for performing the work in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP.
