Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Airports Division is seeking bids to furnish a Towmaster T-16DT Drop Deck Tilt Trailer or an approved equal. The trailer should have a 16 FT. tilt deck, 24" knife edge, and an overall width of 102". The trailer should also have tandem axles with 8000 lb capacity, a GVW of 20,840 lb, and a capacity of 16,000 lb. The bid should include all applicable taxes, fees, and charges. The successful bidder will be required to pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award amount, not to exceed $5,000.
• The trailer should be delivered to the island of Oahu.
• The bidder should be compliant with all applicable state and federal statutes.
• The bidder should provide proof of compliance through Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) or via paper documentation.
• The bidder should register with HCE prior to responding to the solicitation.
• The bid should be submitted through the HIePRO system.
