Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to replace and repair roofs of buildings at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The contract will have a base year and two option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all supervision, management, personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and other items necessary to complete various roofing projects. The contractor must have experience and expertise in managing numerous task orders at the same time, including construction scheduling, cost estimating, and quality control. Some key aspects of the project include:
* Replacing and repairing roofs of buildings
* Providing all necessary supervision, management, personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and other items
* Managing numerous task orders at the same time
* Construction scheduling, cost estimating, and quality control
* Compliance with government safety requirements and regulations
* Submittal of various documents, including submittal register, shop drawings, product data, and test reports
* Compliance with environmental and occupational health requirements
* Implementation of a site safety and health plan
* Compliance with ASSE/SAFE standards and other industry regulations.
