Water Treatment Plant and Related Offsite Facilities Pressure Cleaning, Sealing, and Paint Touch-Up Services

The City of Hollywood is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide pressure cleaning, sealing, and paint touch-up services for the Water Treatment Plant and related offsite facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing these services at specified frequencies, including pressure cleaning and sealing of ground storage tanks, the Floridan Ductile Iron Raw Water Pipe, and other structures. The initial contract term is for two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms. The contractor must have been regularly engaged in the specified work for a minimum of five years and must have personnel who have received OSHA Safety training. Key aspects of the job include: • Pressure cleaning, sealing, and paint touch-up of ground storage tanks and other structures • Performance of services at specified frequencies • Compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations • Provision of insurance and bonding as required • Compliance with all terms and conditions of the contract
