Sources Sought for Indefinite Delivery MATOC for Architect-Engineering Services in Korea

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking sources for an indefinite delivery MATOC for architect-engineering services in Korea. The contract is expected to be a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity multiple award task order contract. The period of performance is expected to be 5 years, and the total contract capacity is estimated to be approximately $200M. The task order range is expected to be from $10K to $10M. The government is seeking firms with experience in architect-engineering services, including design, construction support, and project management. • The contract will require firms to provide a wide range of services, including general design, cost estimating, and construction management. • Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. • The government is seeking small businesses, including small disadvantaged businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. • The contract will require firms to have the capability to perform work within the Republic of Korea and to support multiple task orders concurrently.
