The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a single‑source vendor to print, assemble, and mail 30,984 flu‑letter packets (each consisting of a printed 8½×11 letter and a #10 non‑window envelope) on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The contractor must provide all printing, folding, envelope production, address handling (including NCOA, CASS, and PAVE certification), and postage services, and must meet strict GPO quality‑assurance and security‑control requirements.
