Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors for the supply, installation, configuration, and validation of ultralow -80 freezers for the New Mexico VA Medical Center. The contractor will also be required to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services for the installed product. The freezers must have a capacity of 33.5 cu ft, support up to 285 lbs, and have a 5-door configuration. The contractor must also provide installation qualification, operational qualification, and performance qualification services.
• The contractor must deliver the equipment within 180 days of contract award.
• The contractor must schedule installation with the contracting officer's representative after delivery of the equipment.
• The contractor must provide preventative maintenance and warranty packages within 30 days after installation.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement that demonstrates their experience providing ultralow -80 freezers and related services.
