Description
The Sparta Area Schools are seeking electrical contracting bids for LED lighting upgrades at Ridgeview Elementary. The project includes replacing existing fixtures with new ones, installing occupancy sensors and power packs, and providing new dimmers and dimming wire. The contractor will be responsible for pulling electrical permits, removing existing fixtures, and maintaining clean working conditions.
• The project requires a 1-for-1 replacement of all fixtures per their fixture tag.
• New occupancy sensors and power packs will be installed per the drawings.
• The contractor must provide all necessary materials, including MC cable, fittings, and dimming wire.
• The project must be completed during summer break, June 6, 2026 – August 1, 2026.
• The contractor must certify that they are not an Iran-linked business and provide a performance bond.
