DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE PROJECTS

Flagler County is seeking to pre-qualify three to four design-build contractors to provide on-call, miscellaneous design-build services on an as-needed basis for road and bridge repair and maintenance projects. The scope of work includes preliminary engineering, surveying, engineering design, permitting, construction, and project management. The selected contractors will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete assigned projects.
