Description
The U.S. Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division is conducting market research to identify firms capable of providing comprehensive warehousing, material management, logistics support, and Property Accountability Support (PAS) services for its operations. The solicitation is a Sources Sought (RFI) and does not constitute a binding contract; responses are to be submitted electronically by 28 Sept 2026. The government seeks industry input on the feasibility of a firm‑fixed‑price (FFP) approach and CLIN structuring for the eventual contract. Interested parties must demonstrate proximity (within 20 mi/40 min) to the NSWC IHD site and the ability to provide at least 50,000 sq ft of warehouse space with a 30‑person office.
