Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately two parking spaces located within a 1/4 mile radius of 63 Wingate Street, Haverhill, MA 01832. The space must provide adequate covered parking for 2 Government vehicles, with 24-hour access, seven days a week. The lease will be for an undetermined period, contingent upon the availability of annually appropriated funds. The successful proposer will be required to comply with all applicable codes and ordinances, maintain the leased premises in good repair, and provide sufficient lighting.
• The lease is for parking spaces for Government vehicles assigned to the U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Offices.
• The leased premises must be maintained in good repair and in a clean condition.
• The Lessor must comply with all applicable codes and ordinances.
• The lease is contingent upon the availability of annually appropriated funds.
• The Government may terminate the lease at any time with 30 days' notice.
