NLETS Secure Access

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source award with the National Law-Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) for secure access. NLETS is a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit corporation owned and operated by the 50 states, districts, and territories. The Government has determined that NLETS is the only vendor capable of satisfying this requirement.
