Contract No. WW 25 01, Great Pond Phase 1 Sewer Area Lift Stations and Force Main

The Town of Falmouth is seeking bids for the construction of Contract No. WW-25-01, Great Pond Phase 1 Sewer Area Lift Stations and Force Main. The project involves constructing a new wastewater lift station, approximately 15,000 feet of dual HDPE force main, a diversion structure, and other related work. Bidders must comply with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30 Section 39M and other applicable laws. The project requires a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. • The project is funded in part by the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust. • The project requires compliance with the Department of Environmental Protection's Diesel Retrofit Program. • The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements and the American Iron and Steel requirements. • A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. • Bidding documents are available electronically or in hard copy form. • The bid security must be 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. • The successful Bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond.
