Notice of Intent to Sole Source Wastewater Treatment Diffusers

The City of Plant City intends to use Environmental Dynamic International as the sole authorized representative for EDI diffusers products in the State of Florida. The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to verify with the vendor community that there are no other viable vendors that can provide EDI diffusers. The scope of work includes the replacement of EDI MiniPanel diffusers and membranes at the Plant City wastewater treatment facility. • The EDI MiniPanel diffusers and membranes are required for the wastewater treatment facility. • Environmental Dynamics International has provided OEM and replacement equipment for the wastewater industry for over 40 years. • All EDI parts come with a standard mechanical warranty of 12 months from start up or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first.
