Open End Design Services

Piedmont Community College is seeking three architectural firms for a one-year Open End Services Design Agreement to provide miscellaneous plans, specifications, or studies for the development of informal projects. The selected firms will have the option to extend the agreement for an additional year. The scope of work includes providing architectural services for various projects at the college. The selection committee will consider factors such as specialized expertise, past performance, staff and design team, and construction administration capabilities. • The project has a total budget of $150,000. • The selected firms must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina. • The submission package should include a Letter of Interest, Standard Form 254, and a digital copy of the submission. • The Letter of Interest should not exceed ten single-sided pages or five double-sided pages.
