The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority is giving notice to supplement contract RR-21-9245R with Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC. This contract provides program management and technical support to maintain the Tollways ITS infrastructure and communications network system wide. The project scope includes tasks such as program management, ITS maintenance and device configuration, and configuration, integration, testing, and acceptance of all ITS Capital projects. The supplement will provide for additional ITS program management and support services in the amount of $1,000,000.00. The key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Managing the Tollways ITS field maintenance contract and overseeing ITS network • Meeting the Tollways field device functional uptime requirements on a 24-7-365 basis • Providing real-time status of all ITS field devices • Coordinating with contractors-vendors • Configuring various ITS devices for field deployment • Providing initial trouble ticket triage at the CA office • Providing trouble ticket field investigation and remediation The contract is an ongoing ITS support contract which will continue after this contract expires, and the maintenance and support are continually needed to maintain the ITS infrastructure.
