Installation Materials

The 409th CSB, Theater Contracting Center is seeking a contractor to provide installation materials. The materials must meet industry standards and be delivered on time to a location in Germany. The contractor must complete columns G-L in Attachment 1 and provide product literature, data sheets, and/or images demonstrating that the quoted product conforms to the technical specifications. The contractor must also submit a detailed capability statement, including the quoter's point of contact names and phone numbers, an affirmative statement of capability to deliver within 30 calendar days, and a teaming/subcontracting statement. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination and is responsible for shipping costs and risk of loss prior to actual delivery. • The delivery date is no later than 30 days after contract award. • The acceptance period is 60 calendar days from the quote receipt deadline. • The government will evaluate all quotes based on the criteria specified in the addendum, including technical specifications, capability statement, and supplier performance risk system (SPRS) risk assessments.
