Request for Proposal for Custodial Services at Norwich Free Academy

The Norwich Free Academy is seeking a custodial services contractor to provide labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and equipment for custodial services in designated campus buildings. The contractor will be responsible for daily, periodic, and as-needed cleaning and sanitation, waste removal, floor care, restroom servicing, and custodial support for academic, administrative, and event spaces. The contractor must assess facility conditions, implement approved cleaning schedules, and maintain quality control procedures.
