Description
The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court invites the submission of sealed responses for the Sheriff's Office Training Center (SOTC) - Parking Expansion project. The project involves the expansion of the existing parking lot, adding approximately 33,500 square feet of new paving and 29 new parking spaces. The project also includes the installation of wheel stops, pavement markings, and striping. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work as specified in the solicitation documents.
• The project requires the use of specific materials, including 2 inches of Type D HMAC over a Grade 4 seal coat, over 12 inches of crushed stone base over select fill.
• The existing subgrade is to be lime stabilized.
• The project includes a mandatory pre-solicitation conference and site walk visit.
• The county reserves the right to accept the best value response or reject any and/or all responses.
