Extreme Heat Community Resilience Program (EHCRP) Round 2: Community-Based Organization (CBO) Co-Applicant Partnership

The County of Sacramento is seeking a Community-Based Organization (CBO) to partner with them as a Co-Applicant for the Extreme Heat Community Resilience Program (EHCRP) Round 2 grant. The selected CBO will work with the County to develop and submit a joint application for an Early Infrastructure Project and support implementation throughout the 30-month grant term. The project aims to reduce heat exposure in vulnerable communities by developing a community cooling demonstration at Foothill Community Park and creating a broader infrastructure planning framework. The CBO will be responsible for community engagement, co-design, and partnership development.
