Description
The project involves the removal of the four existing cooling towers and three existing chillers and their replacement with new cooling towers and chillers with the related mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, and structural infrastructure to support the new equipment. The Scope of Work for the Electrical Construction Package shall include all necessary services, Work, labor, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, equipment, insurance, and applicable taxes necessary to complete Electrical Construction Package as shown in the Contract Documents for the Project.
• The project is a multi-prime project delivered pursuant to a multi-prime contract delivery structure.
• The Prime Contractors will include General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing and Fire Protection.
• The project is subject to a Delegation Agreement between Temple, the Pennsylvania Department of General Services and the Governor’s Office of the Budget.
