Description
The Farmington Public Schools are seeking a contractor to provide a structured cabling solution. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary cabling, components, implementation, installation, testing, and other related services required for a fully functioning structured cabling system. The contract will include a purchase price that is inclusive of all taxes, shipping, handling, and other costs. The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond, and will be responsible for restoring any damage to the site resulting from their actions or omissions.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Providing a turnkey solution for the structured cabling system
• Ensuring all work is done in accordance with the contract documentation and applicable laws and regulations
• Coordinating access to the sites and providing all necessary documentation and testing
• Guaranteeing the design, operation, and functionality of the system
• Providing warranties on the system and its components
• Maintaining insurance as specified in the contract
• Indemnifying the district against any claims or liabilities arising from the contract
