ART - Phase II CICU

The Medical University of South Carolina is undertaking a limited renovation of twelve ICU patient rooms on the fifth floor of the Ashley River Tower, replacing existing doors with sliding ICU doors and adding equipment booms in four rooms. The work includes door replacements, selective wall, floor, and finish upgrades, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications, all under a Design‑Bid‑Build delivery method. • Replace existing ICU room doors with sliding doors in 12 patient rooms. • Install booms in 4 of the renovated rooms. • Perform limited demolition and replacement of walls, floors, finishes, and related MEP systems. • Coordination with hospital staff for minimal disruption and compliance with healthcare construction standards.
