The contract will be for a 24-month term, and the vendor will be required to provide mitigation credits on an as-needed basis. Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as it depends on the number of mitigation credits purchased by the FDOT. However, based on the estimated quantities of mitigation credits needed, as listed in Table 1 of the Technical Specifications, the total budget could range from $100,000 to $500,000 or more, depending on the bid price per credit and the actual number of credits purchased. The FDOT will purchase mitigation credits from the lowest bidder or lowest combination of bidders to meet the needs of each project.
