Laboratory Equipment Repair and Maintenance Contract Agreement

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for repair and maintenance of equipment used for sterilization of infectious waste and specimens from high-volume mycobacteria growth, detection, and susceptibility testing for the DSHS South Texas Laboratory. The contract will be for a period of time, with the possibility of renewal. The scope of work includes providing services and related goods for the laboratory equipment. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner. • The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive plan for the repair and maintenance of the equipment. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
