Description
The DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations (J7) is seeking a contractor to provide forklift tires for DLA Distribution Red River DDRT. The contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order, and the government intends to award one contract as a result of this RFQ. The contractor will be required to provide 50 EA of solid forklift tires, 8.15x15-7.00, heavy duty, pneumatic-shaped resilient rubber tire, black rubber traction. The delivery schedule is 30 days ARO.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide proof of delivery, which includes shipping documentation, materials inspection and receiving report, bill of lading, packing list, tracking/delivery confirmation, or invoice.
• The contractor must mark the contract or purchase order number on all paperwork and shipments.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal opportunity, labor standards, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, and FAR provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment.
• The contractor must provide a price quote for each CLIN, and the total price for all periods of performance.
