Description
The USAG Italy, Darby Military Community is seeking a contractor to provide Mensa operations services, including purchasing food ingredients, preparing, cooking, and serving food and drink items, and cleaning the Mensa assigned areas. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, management, tools, supplies, chemicals, supervision, and other items or services to perform the contract. The contract will be for a period of one year with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide services to authorized patrons, including Local National (HN) patrons, Department of Army Civilian (DAC) patrons, US Military patrons, and external contractors. The contractor will be required to maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and provide monthly reports on meals served.
• The contractor will be required to provide full meals and half meals to authorized patrons.
• The contractor will be required to provide beverage dispensers and maintain them.
• The contractor will be required to provide take-away meals and maintain a take-away order form.
• The contractor will be required to adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• The contractor will be required to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• The contractor will be required to provide catering services and take-away meals.
• The contractor will be required to report accidents and incidents.
• The contractor will be required to submit to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and quality control plan.
