The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a single‑award, turnkey mobile veterinary surgical unit trailer designed for small‑animal, surgery‑only procedures. The contractor will provide design refinement, full fabrication, equipment integration, graphics installation, delivery to Athens, GA, training, warranties, and post‑delivery support. The solution must meet FMVSS, DOT, and Georgia regulations, include three simultaneous surgical tables, dedicated prep areas, anesthesia equipment, HVAC, power, water, waste systems, and a stabilization system, and be delivered within six months of award. • Design and engineering of a proven mobile surgical trailer platform (baseline design to be refined with UGA). • Manufacture, outfit, and deliver a fully operational, road‑ready trailer equipped with medical‑grade lighting, anesthesia, HVAC, power, water, and waste systems. • Provide three‑year platform warranty, two‑year equipment warranty, staff training, graphics wrap, and ongoing support services.
