Description
The Springfield Regional Development Corporation is seeking qualified bonded contractors to bid on the Elevator & Mixing Space phase for the Black River Innovation Campus in Springfield, VT. The project involves creating a new elevator connecting all levels of a historic building and performing windows, storefront, and facade work to create a new entry. All MEP work will be done as design-build. The bid documents are available through Blueprints, Etc. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 21, 2025.
• The project requires a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the lump sum bid amount.
• The owner will require a performance bond and a labor & material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
• Questions to the owner/architect are due by December 1, 2025, at 5 pm.
• Bids are due on December 11, 2025, at 4 pm.
