Underwater Hydrophone Retrieval and Maintenance

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide underwater hydrophone retrieval and maintenance services in Puget Sound. The contractor will be required to locate and retrieve 37 underwater hydrophones and entire mooring assembly, then rig and deploy 27 new Nextrak receivers with upgraded retrieval systems in the same general locations. The period of performance is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with options for four additional years. The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the task. • The contractor must describe their vessel capability and technical approach to complete the task. • The contractor must provide pricing using their own form, including a total price for the base year and each option year. • The contractor must have prior experience on related contracts, which will be evaluated to determine successful performance of contract requirements, quality, and timeliness of delivery of goods and services. • The contractor must be registered in FedConnect and have access to the FedConnect website.
