Description
The City University of New York (CUNY) - Borough of Manhattan Community College is seeking bids for exterminating and pest control services for its five locations in Manhattan. The contract will be for a period of three years with the option for two one-year renewals. Bidders must provide pricing for the services specified in the IFB, and must comply with all requirements and terms and conditions outlined in the IFB.
• The contract will be a requirements contract, with the Selected Bidder providing the services on an "as needed" basis.
• The Bidder must have been in the relevant industry for a minimum of one year as of the Bid Submission Deadline.
• The Bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least three contracts of similar size, scope, complexity, and nature within the two years preceding the Bid Submission Deadline.
• The Bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to worker's compensation and disability insurance.
• The Bidder must provide a Bid Price Breakdown Schedule with all required information.
