PLCB SHOPPING CARTS

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a contractor to provide 360 shopping carts annually. The carts will be used in over 575 Fine Wine & Good Spirits Stores. The contractor must provide carts that meet the PLCB's specifications, which include a two-tiered design, E-Coat + Powder Coat finish, and a handle with PLCB artwork. The contractor must also provide a brochure, drawings, specifications, and warranties with their bid. The contract term is one year, with the option to renew for four additional years. • The contractor must provide 360 carts in 100-200 piece quantities as needed. • The contractor must ship the carts fully assembled to a specific PLCB Maintenance Shop. • The contractor must meet the delivery schedule of no later than six weeks from receipt of a Purchase Order. • The contractor must coordinate delivery details with the PLCB for logistical planning. • The contractor must provide a sample cart for approval if awarded an equivalent model.
