Budget estimate

$600,000 – $1,200,000

The solicitation does not disclose a budget. Comparable design‑build contracts for hospital imaging suite renovations in New York typically range from $0.5 million to $1.5 million for full‑service A‑E design over a two‑year period, depending on square footage, complexity of HVAC/medical gas systems, and M/WBE participation requirements. Given the 840‑day term and the need for specialized radiology expertise, a reasonable estimate is $600,000 – $1,200,000 for the qualified firm’s design services. Factors influencing the final amount include the exact scope of the additional ultrasound room, the level of finish upgrades, and any subcontracted engineering services.
