Description
The Portage Public Schools are seeking bids for the Amberly Elementary Bid Package 1. A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 10th, 2026, at 4:10 pm local time. Bidders must have at least 5 years of successful experience on work of this type and scope, a license where required, and ample financial resources. Each bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement and bid security in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to secure Performance, Labor, and Material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000.
• The bid submission deadline is February 24th, 2026, at 8:30 am local time.
• The bidding documents can be examined at the Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. website or at various Builders Exchange plan rooms.
• The bidder must have a reputation as a recognized organization with successful experience on work of this type and scope.
• The bidder must have a license where required by public authorities having jurisdiction.
• The bidder must have ample financial resources for work of this magnitude.
