Lovefield Pump Station Valve Replacement

The City of Easthampton is seeking bids for the Lovefield Pump Station Valve Replacement project. The project includes installing a permanent pump station bypass system, replacing a leaking elbow and air release on the main discharge header, installing an owner-furnished magnetic flow meter, and replacing grinder teeth. The project must be substantially completed within 90 calendar days and finally completed within 105 calendar days. Bidders must register to receive official bidding documents, and a virtual non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 29, 2025. • The project requires a bid deposit or bid bond of not less than 5% of the total bid amount. • Prevailing wage rates apply, and bidders must comply with MGL Chapter 30, Section 39M. • The City of Easthampton reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • Bidders must submit hard copies of their bids in a sealed envelope by November 12, 2025. • The project is expected to have a limited construction presence on-site, with a maximum of 30 days of on-site work.
