Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from vendors capable of providing the brand-name Avantik QS12 Cryostat System for the Providence VA Medical Center. The system is required as a backup to the existing cryostat system, and the same make and model is essential for ensuring seamless operational continuity. The vendor must provide the Avantik QS12 Cryostat Machine, SE3090-K HP Avantik Cryostat Accessory Kit, one-year manufacturer's warranty, delivery, installation, and training. The contractor must also comply with all VA requirements, including OSHA, infection control, PPE, and security.
Key requirements include:
• Providing brand-name Avantik products only
• Being authorized to distribute Avantik brand-name products
• Providing documentation showing authorization from the OEM
• Being capable of performing installation, training, and warranty services
• Complying with all VA requirements
• Providing thorough onsite training, including technical, operational, administrative, and troubleshooting training for clinicians
• Providing technical training for Clinical Engineering on mechanics, electronics, maintenance, and troubleshooting
