Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for repairs to an existing retaining wall at the Terrace Hill events parking lot. The selected firm will be responsible for providing design services, including site surveying, structural evaluation, and construction administration. The firm will also be required to participate in bi-weekly conference calls during the construction period and provide field observation reports. The contract is expected to start in December 2025 and the construction phase is expected to be completed by April 2026.
