Description
The County of Kauai is seeking professional services for as-needed land surveying services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for additional years. The contractor will be required to provide current statements of qualifications and expressions of interest for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes, rules, and regulations, including the Hawaii Public Procurement Code.
• The contractor must have experience in land surveying services
• The contractor must have a general excise tax license from the Director of Taxation, State of Hawaii
• The contractor must comply with all requirements of the Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE)
• The contractor must obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates to perform the contract
