Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is requesting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) to provide pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services during the planning and design, construction, construction management, closeout, and warranty phases for the Construction of a New BOQ at the Clements Unit in Amarillo, Texas. The proposed new BOQ will be built due to the lack of housing for correctional officers at this time. This will include site grading, and installation of new utilities, along with installation of paved parking areas for the occupants of new dormitory.
• The project will be located at 9601 Spur 591, Amarillo, TX 79107.
• The respondent shall refer to the Master Plan and submit all required Qualifications and Licensing required within.
• A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held regarding this solicitation.
• Registration is MANDATORY to attend the pre-proposal conference and site visit.
