The City of Detroit is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the abatement and demolition of residential properties. The work includes asbestos material removal and disposal, demolition and debris removal, backfill, grading, and seeding. The city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. The successful vendor will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, as well as certificates of insurance. • The scope of work includes abatement and demolition of residential properties. • The city will evaluate quotes based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid price. • The successful vendor must complete all work within 120 calendar days of a notice to proceed. • The city reserves the right to reject any quote and to rescind an award at any time.
