Description
The Montebello Unified School District is seeking an experienced firm to provide comprehensive and professional services for the construction of an outdoor learning center at Garfield Elementary School. The project includes site work, landscaping, and other related tasks. The firm must have the capability to perform and deliver detailed services, have been in the business of providing general contracting for a minimum of three years, and have completed school projects. The proposal must include a fully burdened scope of work, experience and qualifications, and a detailed summary of work experience and three references. The district reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to negotiate separately.

The successful bidder must possess a valid and active license at the time of bid and license must be valid through project completion.
