The County seeks a qualified contractor to seal‑coat and crack‑seal all asphalt driveways and parking lots at Horse Fork Creek Park, then repaint all parking‑lot striping and related markings. The work must be performed after June 15 2026 and completed by September 1 2026, with strict weather restrictions, safety‑control measures, and a one‑year warranty.
• Seal‑coat all asphalt surfaces with two coats of either SEALMASTER LP SEALER or SEALMASTER LIQUID ROAD ULTRA.
• Perform crack repair using CRACKMASTER PARKING LOT GRADE (or equivalent).
• Re‑stripe parking stalls, handicap spaces, curbs, arrows, hash marks, and “no‑parking” areas using SEALMASTER VELOCITY traffic paint.
