Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of glass spheres. The contract term will be approximately 5 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. The successful vendor will be required to provide a dedicated account representative and backup, as well as submit quarterly and annual usage reports. The state reserves the right to reject any or all bids and add or delete items from the contract.
• The contract will commence on February 1, 2026, or upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council, whichever is later.
• The state estimates its annual requirements for glass spheres, but these quantities are not guaranteed.
• The successful vendor must provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage and workers' compensation insurance.
• The state will conduct bid openings via electronic means until further notice.
