NRRRF 2000 Gallon AST Removal and Replacement

The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals for the removal and replacement of a 2000-gallon above-ground storage tank (AST) with a new double-walled unleaded gas tank. The scope of work includes providing equipment and labor to remove the existing tank, install the new tank, and connect it to the existing fuel controller. The project also involves installing bollards around the tank and dispenser, hauling and disposing of debris, and obtaining necessary permits. • The project requires the proposer to have experience with similar projects and to provide a detailed project plan and schedule. • The proposer must also provide financial information, including audited or reviewed financial statements, and demonstrate financial stability. • The City of Raleigh reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the most qualified proposer. • The contract term will be defined in the contract issued by the City, and the proposer must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and safety standards.
